Chinese vehicles are currently produced mainly for developing countries, emerging markets. In 2012, for example, China’s number one export market is Algeria, reaching 149,800, followed by Iraq, 90,000 and 89,700 in Russia. Iran 77,700, Chile 62,700, Peru 37,200, Egypt 34,700, Venezuela 32,800, Colombia 31,300, Ukraine 30,600.

中国所产的车辆目前主要面向发展中国家新兴市场销售。以2012年为例，中国汽车头号出口市场为阿尔及利亚，达到14.98万辆，其次是伊拉克的9.0万辆和俄罗斯的8.97万辆。第4至10位分别为伊朗7.77万辆，智利6.27万辆，秘鲁3.72万辆，埃及3.47万辆，委内瑞拉3.28万辆，哥伦比亚3.13万辆，乌克兰3.06万辆。
